ABOUT ME
Although I retired a few years ago, I am still receiving questions and concerns from both the adult child and the senior about how to face and negotiate the aging years. It is indeed an ongoing process!
We haven't experienced this stage of life before. Even if we helped our parents and we are experiencing our own senior years, things change, and new issues emerge. Questions remain.
So I thought I would try to "get the word out" through this blog. Hopefully this will help folks to navigate the senior years.
Happy Aging!
